Physical Therapy

Results Driven, intensive personalized therapy

What is Outpatient Physical Therapy?

Outpatient physical therapy is care that aims to ease pain and help you function, move, and live better.

BOM’s physical therapists help patients improve strength, movement, mobility, balance, and range of motion skills.

Who Benefits from Outpatient Physical Therapy?

The PT programs offered at the Outpatient Therapy Clinic are for patients who don’t need an extended, inpatient rehabilitation stay at the BOM Skilled Nursing Center. With Outpatient PT, you remain at home and come to the clinic for your therapy appointments.

People with a wide variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions can optimize their functional mobility, health and overall wellness with BOM’s customized programs. Outpatient physical therapy can help control or alleviate acute and chronic pain and improve muscle strength, coordination and mobility following injury or illness.
Based on patient challenges and goals, a customized, one-on-one treatment program is developed to:
1. Restore function
2. Decrease pain and discomfort
3. Educate the patient and their family members in self‐management
